VIRTUAL EVENT: SEASONAL SPIRAL WORKSHOP
ALIGN YOUR CREATIVITY WITH THE TURNING OF THE SEASONS
Tuesday 25th November 7:30-9pm
Release what is ready to go, celebrate what has been, and welcome in what’s to come..
This is an invitation to slow down, listen, and spiral back into your centre.
Join us for a gentle, quiet gathering. An intentional pause where we take time to honour the wider spiral path of life; a force interwoven with our own personal inner journeys.
Through simple creative practices, reflection, and ritual, we’ll invoke the power of release, gratitude, and intention — moving with the wisdom of the season and reconnecting to the beauty of cycles both within and around us.
Why Spirals? Why Now?
In times that feel all the more complex, the shift of the seasons can stir inner challenges — feelings of incompletion, uncertainty, or restlessness. Yet, returning to the ancient creative pattern of the spiral can be both soothing and deepening. It can help us to sink beneath the endless ‘to do lists’ celebrate ourselves and build momentum as we plug in to power of creativity itself.
This workshop is an invitation to step back from linear striving, to listen and re-attune to the cyclical nature of life, remembering the ancient and living rhythm our ancestors once knew.
Join from your desk, your sofa or even your bed - get as comfy and cosy as possible.
Feel held and supported as we sink into the supportive spiral together.
What to Expect
Short meditative opening presentation
Guided Reflective Exercises (No experience needed, just curiosity and openness)
Seasonal Reflection – release what is ready to go, celebrate what has been, and welcome in what’s to come
No pressure of expectation to group share or perform - this is your time, your space.
Optional Shared Ritual Space – weaving personal insight with collective connection
Grounding + Realignment – practical tools to carry into daily life
This workshop is open to all — you don’t need to think of yourself as “creative” to take part.
Ideal if you are…
Feeling blocked or fearful to move forward with a creative project or idea
Need some quiet ‘composing’ time, reflection for yourself - a space for ‘being’ after a season of ‘doing’
Going through a time of change and transition in your life and want to feel held and supported
Looking to break free from limiting patterns and move forward wtih a sense of clarity and intention
Feel alone in your longings and yearn to feel a sense of connection to your self and others

About Your Host
This gathering is held by Anna Murray, an artist and creativity coach who has been developing and practicing this spiral reflection process for over a decade informing her projects both global and local. Her work is rooted in her own Celtic, pagan, and druidic ancestry — traditions where the spiral is a central symbol of life’s cycles and transformations. Anna is passionate about translating this ancient wisdom both practically and playfully - in order to support creative freedom and flow in modern life.
Anna’s role is to create a gentle container for your unique unfolding. With simple prompts and rituals, she offers ways to reconnect with the spiral path so that each person can find their own insights, creativity, and alignment.
Together we will create both a personal and collective ripple of care and intention for the season ahead — a shared remembering of the ancient wisdom of cycles, creativity, and connection in times of growing complexity and uncertainty.
We will spiral foward together.
Spirals For Change
50% of all ticket sales from this workshop will be donated to the Tairona Heritage Trust, a UK-based charity working in close partnership with the Kogi, Arhuaco, Wiwa, and Kankuamo peoples of Colombia’s Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. The Trust supports their efforts to protect sacred lands, preserve indigenous wisdom, and share urgent messages about caring for the Earth and her waters. By contributing, we honour not only our own ancestry, but also the living guardians who continue to walk the spiral path in service to planetary balance.
“Another world is not only possible she is on her way
On a quiet day I can hear her breathing..”
