Spiralling Ritual – Workshop Recording
This gentle guided ritual invites you to honour the spiral path of your life. Together we explored the interplay of light and shadow, challenge and gift, contraction and expansion, discovering how each experience shapes our creative becoming.
Through gentle reflection, meditation and drawing, you are guided to soften black and white thinking, integrate opposing emotions, and reconnect with the deeper intelligence moving through your own cycles.

Preparation / materials
•Four large pieces of paper ( a4 or larger)
•Pens, pencils, or your choice of drawing materials
Optional, if they support your comfort and presence
•A candle or some incense
•A cup of water, tea or something nourishing
Make yourself as comfortable and present as possible
