YOUR YEARLY SPIRAL: ONLINE RITUAL MON 12tH JAN 19:30 - 21:00
YOUR YEARLY SPIRAL
An immersive ritual to align your creativity with the turning of the seasons
Monday 12 January | 19:30 - 21:00 | Online
Release what is ready to go, celebrate what has been, and welcome what’s to come.
This is an invitation to slow down, listen, and spiral back into your centre.
Join me for a gentle, quiet gathering to reflect on the full year just lived — the Year of the Snake — a year of shedding skins, releasing old stories, and navigating change. Together we’ll honour what has shifted, what has stayed, and what is ready to be laid down as we step into the next cycle.
Through simple creative practices, reflection, and ritual, we’ll reconnect with the wisdom of seasons and the beauty of cycles within and around us — releasing, giving thanks, and setting intentions that feel grounded and true.
Why Spirals? Why Now?
When life feels complex or uncertain, returning to the ancient pattern of the spiral can be deeply soothing. It helps us soften, slow down, and step out of linear striving — remembering that growth is cyclical, not rushed.
This workshop is a space to pause, integrate, and begin again.
What to Expect
Short meditative opening
Guided reflective & creative exercises (no experience needed)
Seasonal reflection: release, gratitude, and intention
Optional shared ritual space (no pressure to speak)
Grounding practices to carry into daily life
Open to all — you don’t need to identify as “creative” to take part.
Practical Info
Location: Online (Zoom link sent after booking)
Date: Monday 12 January
Time: 19:30 - 21:00
(With optional extra time for gentle sharing)
Come as you are.
Join from your sofa, desk, or bed — cosy and comfortable.
You’re welcome to come alone or invite others.
